Every Sunday beginning June 9th-July 21st 5pm-6:30pm

What to Expect:

Each session will begin with intentional journal practice which includes specific journal prompts to support emotional healing specific to the chakra of focus. After the journaling portion, the group will be guided into a healing sound bath focused on releasing blockages, tension & inflammation specific to the chakra of focus. We will wrap up with 10-15 minutes of Q & A once the sound bath is complete. 

What’s Included:

• Weekly healing sessions that include in intentional journaling practices & sound bath for each chakra.
• Each week will focus on 1 chakra.
• You can attend the sessions in person at Sawdust & Clay Collaborative or virtually.
• All sessions will be recorded and will be sent to all registrants after each session.
