Relieve stress, build stronger self-awareness, overcome perfectionism, and soothe your busy mind with mindful art journaling. In this class, we’ll explore three techniques that combine breath awareness with intuitive art practices. Come with an open mind, notebook/journal, and writing utensil. (No experience with meditation, writing, or art necessary.)

At the end of class you will have the beginnings of a mindful art journal that you can continue to use at home.
